Creamy Corn
12 oz. frozen sweet corn
1 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon sugar
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 to 1/3 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
Pour corn and butter in saucepan. Cook on medium heat until butter is melted. Add sugar, salt and pepper, cream cheese and milk.
